Martina R. DeMoraes is an experienced educator, ESL instructor, and author with more than 20 years of experience helping learners build confidence, develop language skills, and reach their educational goals. She holds a Master’s Degree in TESOL and has dedicated her career to teaching English language learners in college.
As an educator, Martina believes that effective teaching goes beyond the classroom. She creates engaging learning experiences that encourage communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and confidence. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in passion, purpose, and compassion.

“This is such a cute and engaging book! I read it with my nephew, and we both really enjoyed it. Not only does it have a sweet and entertaining story, but it also incorporates fun activities throughout the book, which makes it even more interactive.
I would say this book is best suited for older kids, around 3rd–4th grade. It’s a great way to encourage kids to put down their screens, get outside, explore, and become more aware of their surroundings. Overall, such a fun book that combines reading, learning, and adventure!”
